Landscaping of the Oasis Palmeral of Maspalomas
This project will transform the area into a large biosaludable space and highlight the natural heritage of the island of Gran Canaria alongside the Natural Reserve of the Dunes, offering new spaces for tourism diversification.

Landscaping of the Slope around Toboggan (Toboplaya)
Landscaping of a slope located on the beachfront, which is currently highly deteriorated and neglected. The aim is to rehabilitate and refurbish the slope, reforming the landscape and integrating it into the tourist area of Playa del Inglés.

Accessibility Plan for the Coastline of San Bartolomé de Tirajana
The beaches of San Agustín, Las Burras, El Cochino, El Veril, Playa del Inglés, Playa de Maspalomas, and Meloneras are iconic areas that will undergo refurbishment works, strictly adhering to universal accessibility design.

Renovation of the seaside promenade near the Maspalomas Lighthouse
The works on the seaside include repaving the promenade and pier section, rebuilding the sea-facing seating areas, converting the stairs that connect to Maspalomas Beach into a five-metre-wide access ramp.
