Maspalomas Gran Canaria Consortium signs the agreement with Tragsa for the execution of the project.
Authorities officially presented the project’s characteristics. The event took place in the Palmeral Oasis area.
Participatory process with citizens, associations, and the business community to understand the SROI impact of the project.
The Governing Board of the San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council approves the building permit.
Technicians from the Consortium and Tragsa meet to coordinate the project planning.
Preliminary Phase
Preparation of the site by relocating and caring for palm trees, removing invasive species, clearing, cleaning, and installing a perimeter fence.
Reserve Observatory Phase
Included additional removal of invasive species, demolitions, construction of a rock embankment to stabilize the terrain, and installation of a sturdy fence to ensure the area’s protection and security.
